Masters degrees in Physics and AI, from Oxford and Imperial College. Consultancy experience at PA Consulting and KPMG, working in FTSE 100 private sector clients as well as across numerous public sector bodies.

Tom

Head of Customer Success

Tom has dedicated his career to helping organisations leverage technology for sales growth, efficiency improvements and exceptional customer experiences. Tom is the former COO of a market-leading summer school, and a qualified software tester.

George

Engineer

Our first full-time employee, George joined Abstract Leap in 2017. He has a degree in Physics from Durham University, excels in solving problems and writing elegant code. In his spare time competes for Britain as a Powerlifter.

Lauren

Engineer

Previously a research assistant in AI, developing algorithms to enable active inspection of bridges by swarms of drones. Has a complimentary passion for designing great UX and UI. A talented archer.

Carrie

Engineer

Formally a biologist with a PhD in Breast Cancer, Carrie joined Abstract Leap in 2021 after a career switch to programming. She loves problem solving and developing practical solutions. In her spare time, she crochets, participates in puzzle hunts and plays computer games.

Harry

Engineer

After a successful teaching career and gaining his Masters in Education, Harry embraced a new challenge and made the switch to Software engineering, joining Abstract Leap in 2024. He has a passion for learning and spends much of his spare time running after his children, weightlifting or cycling.
